{"id":997,"date":"2022-07-12T09:11:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T07:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.beevoip.it\/?p=997"},"modified":"2024-02-03T10:04:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T09:04:57","slug":"freepbx-guida-coda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/freepbx-guida-coda\/","title":{"rendered":"FreePBX guida: coda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vediamo come configurare una coda sul sistema FreePBX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per coda (Queue) si intende la funzionalit\u00e0 di Freepbx e Asterisk che permette di distribuire molteplici chiamate in entrata a diversi operatori del centralino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il principio pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 quello di rispettare l&#8217;ordine di arrivo dei chiamanti per la consegna agli operatori. In altre parole, l&#8217;ultimo ad aver chiamato sar\u00e0 l&#8217;ultimo ad essere servito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piano<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo articolo vedremo, come:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>creare una coda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aggiungere degli agenti in una coda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impostare la destinazione in caso di mancata risposta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impostare un tempo di attesa massimo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>settare un messaggio di benvenuto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queue Number e Name<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal menu Applications selezioniamo Queues. Questa impostazione ci permette di impostare se il messaggio audio va riprodotto sempre, o a determinate condizioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fail Over Destination \u00e8 l&#8217;impostazione con cui impostiamo, cosa succede, se nessuno pu\u00f2 rispondere alla chiamata. Nel caso specifico, scatta l&#8217;invito a lasciare un messaggio vocale, ma pu\u00f2 essere anche indirizzato ad una coda diversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Static Agents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"609\" height=\"240\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.beevoip.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx112.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1001\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx112.jpg 609w, https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx112-300x118.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Queue Static Agents<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo campo vanno inseriti gli agenti della coda, da selezionare nel menu a tendina tra gli interni presenti nel sistema. Le chiamate in entrata arriveranno alle estensioni indicate in questa sezione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Max Wait Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"767\" height=\"194\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.beevoip.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx113.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1002\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx113.jpg 767w, https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx113-300x76.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.beevoip.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/fpbx113-696x176.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Queue Max Wait TimeIl <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Il settaggio Max Wait Time ci permette di imporre un limite del tempo di attesa per cui i chiamati possono aspettare, prima di essere indirizzati alla Fail Over Destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HINTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consigliamo di fare una scaletta di code, laddove ci sono pochi operatori che potrebbero essere occupati o allontanarsi dalla propria postazione. Cio\u00e8, creare una coda ReceptionA con gli interni 100 e 101 e un timeout relativamente basso, e una coda ReceptionB, con gli interni 100, 101, 102 e 103.
